  • Click on 'Continue'
  • Crosscheck your details and the amount payable in the Order Summary
  • Click on 'Pay Now' to go ahead with your booking
  • Enter your Email Id and Mobile no. in order to get the booking confirmation email and SMS if you are not regd.
  • Choose the preferred Mode of Payment
  • Enter your Card number and other details.
  • Read and Check 'I Agree to the Terms and Conditions'
  • Click on 'Make Payment'
  • You will receive a booking confirmation number. A confirmation email and SMS will be sent across to you.
Membership prices vary as per services and facilities. The price for each services are listed on the website.
Each session has a different pass. The limitations on the number of classes depend upon facilities. Pls refer to the details listed on the website.

Arrive 15 mins before the class starts, inform instructor if you have any medical history or, know there are any exercises you can't or shouldn't do, Wear the appropriate attire for your class / workout and follow the general rules of the studio or gym.

You can book 1 service in 1 slot.
When a booking is confirmed, an email is automatically sent to you with the booking details. If you so choose, an SMS can also be sent to your mobile phone. In the rare case that you do not receive the email or SMS, you can check for the booking details on the website, if you are a registered user. Alternately, call our helpdesk.
You will receive a code via SMS/Email which you need to flash at the time of availing the services at the facility.

Pls carry your ID card and booking confirmation detail, dress. You may also check the amenities and equipments available and plan accordingly.

Yes you can share your feedback after signing up.
We advise customers to arrive 15 mins before time so that you can complete the required formalities at the facility before time. Refunds will be entertained if cancellations made atleast 2 hrs before scheduled time.
We recommend you to pls cancel your booking before deadline so that other users can avail these services. Late or no show will attract cancellation charges. Hence no extra time or refund will be entertained.
Your friend /Family will need to flash the confirmation message In the rare case you are not able to come, please take a photocopy of your ID Proof, sign the photocopied page. This can be used by your friends/family & they can play in your absence.
Membership once purchased cannot be put on hold.
Yes modification in booking will be allowed 2 hrs before scheduled time.
By registering, you get access to your booking history on the site. You also get special offers and discount if you are a Member.
Yes you have to reserve in advance to avail services at a facility to avail the services. Facilities have limited number of seats hence we recommend members to reserve in advance.
Yes you can make last minute reservation, subject to availability.
Activity seats in a facility are limited. You may choose a different facility or a different time slots.
Late cancellation & no show restrict other members from participating in the activity, hence No refund will be entertained for late cancellation and no show.
You can login to your account and cancel the reservation.Make sure to cancel before deadline to avoid late cancellation. Late cancellation will still count as one of your visits.
Your rating helps other members to have a better understanding prior to booking an activity or facility. Ratings help us to suggest you with the best facilities and services nearby.
The cutoff time for booking is subject to availability. We request members to cancel their booking before cancellation deadline to avoid last moment cancellation charges.
You need to make a fresh booking after cancellation subject to availability.
Yes you can request a refund for cancellation made2 hrs before scheduled time for a service. For products refund request will be entertained within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refund subject to inspection and verification.
You can pay via, netbanking, credit card, debit card, or cash at Venue.
Payment method cannot be changed after booking is confirmed. You can choose your payment method during checkout.
Yes we will email a copy of the receipt. You can also download the same after logging into your account.
What do i do?This is a very rare situation, and can occur in case of a network fluctuation. In this case, a reverse request for the charge on your credit /Debit card will be sent by us the same day to the bank. Please be assured that if the facility has not been successfully booked, your card payment will be reversed
Each time you refer a friend and friends join using your referral code you earn referral credits which can be redeemed for purchase of products & services through Olygo.
Yes you can book services for a friend.
You can login to your account and change your password.
Name must be as per ID card which needs to be flashed at the facility during availing the services. It is for verification purpose only. A service provider may deny entry to a facility if the name do not match as per the ID card.
We send booking confirmations on the mobile number shared.
